Sorry, politics is a blood sport. Cruz recognized the mistake and apologized.
On the other hand, Trump is whining again. He sounds like Obama, just with more business sense. I don’t want a President who will spend the next 8 years blaming everyone and everything for his ego trip. Been there, done that, didn’t get the promised $2,500 for my health care.

It is not believable that the Cruz team doesn’t have the cell phone numbers of the Carson team. Wouldn’t the rational thing for the Cruz team to do if they heard Carson was dropping out, would be to communicate with the Carson team to get an endorsement?

Seems to me he possibly could have verified the story but in any event it is good for the election process for Cruz to win in Iowa. The rest can be sorted out as the primaries move on. Do we really know how this inadvertency changed the outcome in the first place? What about a Cruz Carson ticket?
