I keep seeing people posting that "no one was even near him", 50 feet was the closest, "no one near enough to use a Taser" etc.

The man with the taser, in the left of the shot, doesn’t even has his arm up until at about 9:31, at which point he is, using the back of the truck, between 12-18 ft from Lavoy and well within taser range.
