I still don’t think this is going anywhere, but I could be wrong. The FBI might actually be powerful enough to enforce the rule of law against Obama’s preferences for political prosecutions of conservatives only.

If Hillary is leading for the nomination and gets indicted, that will get very interesting. I imagine Bernie supporters will think they deserve the nomination. I also imagine their insiders will give the nomination to someone who is not even running (Biden???). That could be as pretty as if the RNC chose Jeb/Rubio/Christie despite Trump being the leading candidate going into the convention. This could be a very interesting year.

Note: we should not count on campaign ads portraying Hillary as a liar and a felon, if she does get the nomination. Democrat voters consider those positive traits.
