It’s an interesting thought, that they are applying reverse psychology.

Ryan was one who proved that this week by letting Pelosi and Obama run rings around him to get the budge deal. Even Pelosi was shocked that the Dems/Obama got nearly everything they wanted and that Ryan folded so quickly and easily.
