Everyone hates his proposal but the people. The uni-party, all the other politicians. Nobody else is supporting a common sense "pause" because they are puppets to their donors. It's a pretty remarkable thing. Watch his poll numbers go up.
He's brilliantly boxed everyone in. If you don't support the Muslim invasion, then you can't vote for anyone but Trump. Everyone is against his proposal even Cruz. He's in his own lane because he's not bought and paid for.

That is true and a good point to make. (thank you) However, I really don’t think I need to explain to you that those criteria are not remotely akin to someone’s religious beliefs or color of skin (should it come to that).

If Muslim terrorists had been blowing up, shooting and murdering innocent German civilians in Germany, you can bet your liberal ass that the population would have DEMANDED that a.) the perpetrators be arrested, tried and executed and b.) that NO more of those terrorists be admitted to their country.
It would not have mattered if Germany had been ruled by the Nazis, the old Weimar Republic, or a government under Fritz Von Popen, the response to such terrorist threats would have been the same.

As an example we often see.....When Trump was on the Arizona Border , on national TV, Trump boxed himself into saying he would offer amnesty to the illegal aliens who aren’t the “bad ones.”....... He seemed to be defensive and trying to prove that he isn’t hostile to immigrants by also indicating he would like to see legal immigration increased for the “good ones.......he plays both sides with any angle that can move the moment favorable to him....even when it isn’t.
Seems to me that’s exactly what the politicians do he so often is critical of.....and sounds very liberal.
You seem to think everyone on the planet has equal protection rights under the Constitution.
Which is why more and more keep coming. Same thing in Europe. Which is why we need to stop giving away freebies to ALL immigrants.
The thing that gets me is that this woman was able to get a green card after one year.
