Because I am not independently wealthy and have no place to go. I would if I could! Seeing the rotted husk of this once-great nation every day is painful. Watching people who have been coddled their whole life demanding more and more and seeing the government bend over backwards to give it to them makes me realize that only something horrible like a real war or Great Depression will force us to forget the small stuff and to enjoy what we have rather than fixating on micro-anything!
I served in the military and earned my VFW membership. I have worked in the utility industry for 25 years making cities habitable. I pay all my taxes. I do not commit crimes. I’ve fulfilled my end of the social compact, so I have the right to not like what America has become without some jackass telling me to leave if I don’t like what it has become.
