Antisemitism according to Avis is inconsistency in applying policies with respect to documentation requirements. I wonder who pulled that out of their ass.
Someone with some sense and they did admit the customer was right, in a kumbaya way. It took too long and a lot of people won’t forget that on their official FB page they attacked a customer. (I know they spoke to the media, but I still think that the couple did AVIS a favor. They should have a policy that is company-wide on documentation required.)
