Last month, French President Francois Hollande ridiculed the idea that the massive numbers of Muslim migrants entering his country were any kind of threat.
And an equally stupid president here in the US, declared ISIS had been "contained" just one day before the Paris attacks.
What utter fools we must be for electing such morons.
