I’d rather see the group gather with ax handles and baseball bats and a spokesman speaking in complete sentences.
It sends a stronger message and leaves them wondering, without setting yourself up to have the National Guard descend on you.

This first sentence just irritated me!
WHen I see stuff like this the first thing that comes to mind nowadays is that this reporter like most of them is all in favor of setting up the situation for chaos. Why? Because blood and guts as well as terror and dysfunction sell newspapers and advertising.
And when you get down to the bottom line, for these people it’s all about the money and power that goes hand in hand with it.
