I recommend "The Diamond Age" by Neal Stephenson. Science Fiction which covers nanotechnology (and a resultant post-scarcity economy), the replacement of Nation States by "distributed republics", and a revival of Victorian ethics and morality when (some) people realize that criticizing people as "hypocrites" is not really a meaningful criticism of the underlying morality by which those people are attempting to live.
