The latest round of attacks aimed toward Donald Trump can only reasonably be considered divinely inspired fails.
OMG Donald Trump Supports Eminent Domain!!
[ *NOTE* Watch closely who picks up on this attack approach and youll identify an even larger number of the GOPe deceivers than were visible before. ]
Brett Baier interviewed Donald Trump for his Fox News Special Report segment and carried with him a specifically pre-framed angle of attack, an agenda. Baier used the Club for Growth argument (see video: @3:34) for conversation about Eminent Domain.

Can you direct me to Trump,s quote on kelo?
He talked constantly about eminent domain on FOX. He made it sound like a wonderful thing.
Trump supports Kelo. He tried to have the government force a woman to sell her property to him in Atlantic City. He lost. She kept her property. But that was before the aholes on the SCOTUS held in Kelo that government can force private citizens to sell their property for the benefit of other private citizens. A most conservative decision. It’s right there in the “ TAKINGS Clause”.
You really must stop using stolen property.
No quote then. Thought so.
Why don’t you come and take it back? See, I can be a simpleton like you.
You’re so drunk on Trumpaid you have swallowed fascism hook line and sinker. Google Kelo and Scalia. Maybe he can explain the very simple TAKINGS Clause to you.
“Eminent domain is Fascism. Do you want your property confiscated by the government? If Trump supports eminent domain, hes a fascist.”
I responded to the above post, genius. You said not a word about private use.
In 2005 Donald Trump was asked about Kelo by Neil Cavuto. His reply “I support that 100%”.
Think again.
The lady kept her house so that makes it all OK? Trump allies with government to take her property and he loses in court because it is pre Kelo and public use still had meaning. You’re as bad as Trump.
My court has, by my lights, made many mistakes of law during its distinguished two centuries of existence, Scalia said. But it has made very few mistakes of political judgment, of estimating how far it could stretch beyond the text of the Constitution without provoking overwhelming public criticism and resistance. Dred Scott was one mistake of that sort. Roe v. Wade was another. And Kelo, I think, was a third.Justice Scalia
I didn’t think I had to, genius. I gave you too much credit.
Thanks,
I happen to agree with [the Kelo decision] 100 percent, not that I would want to use it. But the fact is, if you have a person living in an area thats not even necessarily a good area, and government, whether its local or whatever, government wants to build a tremendous economic development, where a lot of people are going to be put to work and make area thats not good into a good area, and move the person thats living there into a better place now, I know it might not be their choice but move the person to a better place and yet create thousands upon thousands of jobs and beautification and lots of other things, I think it happens to be good.

I could hear Obama saying this very same thing.
Are we supposed to be able to read your delicate little mind from one of your rants?
The difference is Obama would move po people from good places to slums.
Are you admitting you don’t know how to read? Or do you just have a comprehension problem? Better get to work on that GED.
And if you refuse to relinquish your property at any price then what? Will they go away and let you keep your property? Life, Liberty and Property; which of the first two personal rights will be the next to be infringed?
This is you post. It is #3:
“Eminent domain is Fascism. Do you want your property confiscated by the government? If Trump supports eminent domain, hes a fascist. I realize that wont go over with the Trumpettes, but Im sick of a bunch of ignorant louts posting, Duh, FOX aint conservative! Flame on, you fools. Just dont accuse me of supporting any other candidate, because I dont.”
Can you show me where you stated you were talking about private use? What I had to work with:
1. “Eminent domain is Fascism” Since it is in the Constitution, that is absurd. It is a non-limited assertion you made.
2. “Do you want your property confiscated by the government?” It has happened countless times since our founding. Eminent Domain is when the government confiscates private property, by definition.
3. “If Trump supports Eminent Domain, he’s a fascist.”
It doesn’t matter who does or does not support Eminent Domain. It is the law, in the Constitution.
4. After these three statements, the rest, the majority, is a mindless rant against Trump’s supporters, as if it matters to anyone. Notice, I did not take exception with your futile rant against Trump supporters, just your first ignorant assertion.
There are three threads at least on Trump’s comments on Eminent Domain. The folks going zonkers are already anti-Trump. Any one with any brains knows that there is a lot more at stake here than a sloppy Supreme Court decision, which was wrong. I disagree with Trump on this, BUT there is far more at stake in the election. If the Moslem President lets in a bunch of Jihadis unchallenged, what good will a bunch of whining about eminent domain be worth. The Imam will just kill you to take your house for new mosque. Trump is right on so much else. Go Trump.
