In fact, the more I think about Ike, the more I like Ike...
I took both an I Like Ike button and an All The Way With Adlai button to school in 1952 and again in 1956.
Who knows why a kid does things sometimes. Didn’t really matter to me; I just knew something important to adults was going on.
