“For clarity please define “supports a criminal gang.””
The Statute.
Either the Statue is Constitutional, or it is not. In the mesan time for purposes of discussion, it had to be what the Statute includes as a criminal gang.
Again with the assumptions. How is a reader of your posts suppose to know when the great boogieman is assuming or telling the facts? My advice to the readers is boogieman is full of BS and posts it on FR.
No matter if you want to call a subthread unrelated from your point of view, to be unrelated from my point of view, no harm, even though factually erroneous. I summarized our argument in one paragraph, cutting through all your veiled insults and straw men.
You said "When police witness you participating in a deadly gang fight, that's all the probable cause they need." My rebuttal is that according to the Texas Tenth Court of Appeals, the affidavit in support of arrest does not recite probable cause of participating in a deadly gang fight.

LOL!
It was from the song Money by the Led Zeppelin.
You guys are so desperate ...
----------------
HA!!!
I figure you got caught up..realized you screwed up misquoting Scripture, and scrambled around trying to find an out. Then you just kept on a lying....and tried to pawn off you were listening to Pink Floyd...when that wasn't the truth either.
The word evil isn't in that Led Zeppelin version of the "money" song...But that's what you referenced...said you were listening to.
Talk about "desperate"...TG.
You've been caught once again...lying here on FR.
That's the bad thing about having your words archived.
Better be more careful.....eh?
Technically you are quite correct -- they only lacked criminal records in Texas.
Texas residents, all but one -- indeed, if I remember correctly (and I'm pretty sure I do) one of the guys KILLED was a life-long Texas resident, belonged to ZIP motorcycle club, and had zero criminal record ... er, in Texas only, right, Boogieman?
There is this thing called common sense.
Boogieman, who laughably claims NOT to have any conspiracy theories, believes the lunatic conspiracy that:
a) a whole bunch of criminal bikers -- 117, to be exact -- who LIVE IN TEXAS but who have zero criminal records IN TEXAS (what does that say for the efficacy of Texas cops?)...
b) conspired to commit murder in a public restaurant at a public meeting open to anyone interested in motorcycle-related legislative issues ...
c) in the presence of at least four, possibly six or more clearly marked police cars plainly visible to any and all entering the area to park in any of the parking lots, with ...
d) all the requisite security cameras and cell phone cameras that would normally be present at the height of the Sunday brunch rush in a busy popular shopping area in Waco, Texas.
Boogieman is reaching, straining, leaning heavily on a thin straw -- the weak possibility that these Texas residents have criminal records in other states, even though very clearly this was a meeting of biker clubs DOMINATED by in-state bikers.
Talk about wacky conspiracy theorists.
How in the world would you think that the article you posted and the quote you used somehow “disproves” the assertion that “115 have no criminal records”?
It say’s right there that they have no convictions. In Texas, I know. How far should someone look? As you are fond on saying “you look it up”. The Associated Press search of records is good enough for me.
Really? Come on now. Now you’re just parsing words. Or records. Or something.......Really?
Records searched by The Associated Press show more than 115 of the 170 people arrested in the aftermath of a motorcycle gang shootout outside a Central Texas restaurant have not been convicted of a crime in Texas.
That’s not some vague statement. Hell, it say’s exactly opposite of what you are trying to say.
I guess they(Associated Press) searched Texas records because, I don’t know, maybe because Waco is IN TEXAS! What do you think?
O.K. My exhaustive research shows that 177 of 177 bikers arrested had no prior criminal record in Alaska.
Satisfied?
My advice to the readers is boogieman is full of BS and posts it on FR.
L.Z. pretty much did it straight up...others not so much.
I like pretty much all the versions...

The fact that you had your fingerprints on record may qualify as a criminal record, for all we know. Had a speeding ticket? maybe that is criminal record.
I'm guessing 'Fluffy' needs to do some more DUE DILLIGENCE!
/lmao
Here's the deal for me...I'm a FReeper. Been here since 2000...
I want to see justice for all.
People of all colors..and yes, white is a color.
Criminals, politicians, business people, bikers, etc..etc..my next door neighbor...and me.
Isn't that what it should be about?
I don't have my heels dug in here...I just want the truth to come out. Because from what I can see...so far. Something really stinks in Waco, TX. And it sure seems like there was and is...a cover up going on.
So, there you have it.
Ha! That would probably be a less misleading claim that the one that’s being spread :)
According to wikipedia (I know), authorship is attributed to Roger Waters.
“How is a reader of your posts suppose to know when the great boogieman is assuming or telling the facts?”
Well, when the facts in question involve potential future events that no human being can have any absolute knowledge of, it’s a pretty safe bet there is some assumption involved.
“How in the world would you think that the article you posted and the quote you used somehow disproves the assertion that 115 have no criminal records?”
Well I didn’t say “disproved”, I said “debunked”, as a false/misleading claim. Which it was, as I explained quite clearly. If you can’t follow the clear logic in that post, I’m afraid there’s nothing more I can say to help you.
TG....got me riled up..because of his/her lying.
My mistake..........
