A woman that stood up for her First Amendment rights currently sits in jail over her refusal to violate her religious conscience. Just about every candidate in the race for the GOP nomination has sounded off one way or the other. So why is Trump MIA on this?
“Probably because he knows shes a ruse ( a plant) like most of us know.”
Okay, I do not know what this means.
He’s an idiot who should be zotted.
elsewhere it’s reported the buffoon christie says move her to another job. does he even know she’s an elected official?
Basically you care about stopping immigration and nothing else matters to you - got it.
Will you sleep better tonight if Trump “talks” about it?
Will he pass your litmus test if he talks about it?
What can Cruz, the Huckster and Paul actually do to help Kim
other than “talk” about it?
Any suggestions?
Who the Hell is asking anyone to be 1000% conservative on issues.
This is a very simple issue.
We are talking about Individual Liberty (Freedom of Religion) under assault by an out of control and lawless Judiciary. Just acknowledging the serious of the situation would be a good start considering that it is a basic foundation to the principles of conservatism. But Trump can’t even do that.
If Trump won’t stand up for this woman or see the lawlessness of the Judiciary based on their Unconstitutional rulings, then how can one trust that Trump has an even basic understanding of the Constitution or the role of government to begin with? Answer: You can’t. And this isn’t a policy issue, this is a basic issue about liberty and freedom.
Dude, but jailing people for their conscious? Could we at least ask for a candidate who cares about that?
How is she a plant, a ruse?
I’m sorry Trump is not responding according to your schedule, have you tried calling him?
This is a serious issue, perhaps he’s reviewing all the facts and will make an educated statement on his timeline. It kinda sounds like you would prefer a POTUS that comments off-the-cuff before he has all the facts. If so, you should be happy with the current leadership you already have.
I am not saying it is, but he could be compromised because his son is gay. Also that women’s healthcare talk of his bothers me since he mentions no specifics whatsoever.
"Donny, you're out of your element!"
there we have it!
There’s certainly more that can happen from talking about it than by not talking about it. Where do you stand? Are you one of the idiots around here saying she should “just do her job?”
Yeah a couple:
They can work towards the peaceful assembly of Americans worried about the infringement of the individual liberty to petition the KY State Legislature to amend the law where one would not be forced to violate their religious beliefs while serving in the elected capacities of their duty.
Also, it would help to get Matt Bevin to agree to pardon Davis as many times as it’s deemed necessary to keep her out of jail
Those are starters, but you’re right. We should just sit back and do nothing since we’re all powerless and words don’t matter and just let the government continue to infringe on our rights. /sarc
A complete exaggeration seeing as Trump hasn't given an opinion yet, and your candidate can't even commit himself to removing mass legalization off the table and blushes at deportation questions.
If you're wondering, "How does he know who I'm supporting?" The answer is that I don't, but that's the same trouble all the candidates have except for Trump and maybe Santorum, but nobody even knows Santorum is running.
Oh you mean, you want all in a basket 1000 million % conservative which does not exist? Ok, gotcha...
Has Cruz, the Huckster and Paul talked about the solutions you offered?
That’s why I support Cruz more than Trump. Trump is probably better on making sure the fence/wall be built, but Cruz will probably get it done and get the other things right as well
Tonight, Mr. Trump dines with Malaysian dignitaries.
Why don’t you direct your question to President Obams?!
Huh!
Your level of suck is rarely seen in these parts.
