And she's not the only one. It has been reported that someone in the chain of Hillary Clinton emails stripped away the "Secret" designation prior to forwarding them on to Hillary:

It makes perfect sense for Hillary to claim that she did not send or receive anything that was marked "classified" if someone stripped it off before it went to her server. And I predict that it is what the contents of her server will reflect.
The question is then- who did it? The most likely answer is either Huma Abedin or Cheryl Mills. Mills' lawyer announced her intention to destroy her emails but then she and Abedin were ordered not to even think about it.
Here's the bottom line: Clinton directed someone- most likely Abedin or Mills- to strip away the "top secret" markings from the emails to give Clinton cover and allow her to make the claims she's made. That Mills or Abedin would act on her own is not believable. That Clinton as Secretary of State was never to receive classified information over an email system is not believable.

Even if the Republicans win the White House, it is not impossible that they could lose the Senate. A Democrat Senate could block any serious attempt to repeal Obamacare or replace elderly and ill Supreme Court justices with Constitutional conservatives. Then, with a recession and another war, the Democrats could win the House of Representatives in 2018.
Thus, Michelle Obama can be the first female President and, with the help of Democrat control of both houses of Congress, move the leftist agenda even further.

Seems to jump the gun "without a doubt". The rules of spoliation of evidence allows this type of conjecture, and in fact this type of accusation to be made with some teeth behind it. Mainly that she can go from legally presumed innocent to legally assumed guilty just on the fact that she and her team spoliated evidence. There is ample precedence for this. They'll still need a trial to convict of course, but the missing evidence itself becomes evidence that a crime was committed.
But where're not quite there yet. It's all going to depend upon Obama's DOJ and we know Obama isn't going to allow that just to punish the Clinton Organized Crime network. He'll do it only if he wants to take Hillary down and ruin her Presidential bid. Something that's been speculated about, but we're still not sure that Obama wants this. After all, even Obama realizes that his legacy will be largely dependent upon the next President.
We need an independent special prosecutor, complete with subpoena power and a judicial master assigned to fast track any legal stalling. Just my opinion of course.

Probably because there is little to no difference between her official business and her rotten yet profitable side deals.
Because her business wasn’t “State”...it was all for her own purposes. It was outright evasion from future prosecution.
Avoiding a decade or more in prison would cause most folks to re-examine their loyalties.

I’ve worked with plenty of them. There are always some ways to alter the classification markerings. But if you do that, you are DELIBERATELY doing and it is not an accident or “unknowingly”.
That’s my guess. Hillary will throw Cheryl or Huma under the bus and one of them will have to tell the truth.
I believe it is proceeding despite Obama. I believe some mass is building up forcing him to let this out inch by inch as the pressure rises until such time as plausible deniability defense can be raised. The Democrats still think they can contain this otherwise, this would have blown up nuclear style some months ago.
Hillary has made enemies within the State Department and within the CIA and G*d knows where else. I think the whispers are coming from other places rather than Obama.
Recalling that the Clintons never - NEVER - do anything for free, how soon before we discover that using the private server for TS information displays was part of a pro-active deal between HRC, Russia, China, and any other country willing to pay up, in exchange for many millions to her and the little hubby at home, worked out well before she took over at the DOS?

It's clear and obvious the Obama DOJ has decided to go after her, or there would be zero about this in the press. It would just go away.
So, Hillary and all her senior staff are probably desperate and paralyzed with fear right now.
The sentences for the INTENTIONAL and WILLFUL mishandling of Top Secret/SCI information are severe.
And, if they find that any of that information was transmitted, in any way, to foreign agents, penalties go as high as death.
