Well of course saying make America great naturally implies that we impoverish every other nation. The Obama doctrine, however, isn’t racist. We can make every other country thrive by just committing mass suicide.
One of the comments says: "When you see anyone saying "make America great again", know they're probably racist. They probably starting saying that in January 2009."
So I think what they're saying is that racist Trump supporters think America stopped being great because we have a black president.
