If your Primary or Caucus were being held TODAY and you could only vote for either TED CRUZ or DONALD TRUMP, but not both, and nobody else, who do you vote for and why?
Neither. We can talk about it till we’re blue in the face. Ultimately our menu choices will come down to piaps and Jebito. That’s who the uniparty wants, and they have decades of experience in crushing their opponents into dust.
So I have zero intention of going within 100 yards of a ballot in November 2016.
Book your vacations now to avoid the rush.
You sure this isn’t satire? Is there any other rational choice? Clearly Cruz. Yes, I have issues with his H1B visa ideas. Not a deal breaker. Not when so much more is at stake. Trump would, I firmly believe, falter when it counted. Just my opinion, but behind all the bluster there’s a person who’s main thing is themselves. Any actor can get out on a stage and make themselves into someone they are not. But they can’t keep it up all the time, and when the show is over, you get to see them for who they really are. I don’t trust Trump. My dad used to say, if you want to know what someone will do, look at what they’ve done. Seems a good rule of thumb in this situation.
Peace,

TED CRUZ, the most ethical candidate we’ve got, and the ONLY one we can TRUST !
I really don't think Trump is all that serious about the presidency and I expect him to bow out soon, but he has helped pave the way for Ted Cruz and I give the Donald credit for at least that much.
I like Cruz a lot but he just doesn't have his mojo working yet. He's a superstar among us Freepers but overall he's running 4-7% in the polls and that would be disastrous in the general election. I want to vote for a WINNER who can beat the Democrat in the general election and right now Trump has the fire in the belly and the wherewithal to stay in the race for the long haul.
Hopefully in six months time Cruz will break from the pack and establish himself as somebody who can win the general. So I reserve the right to change my vote between now and then. But for now, I'm going with the man who has not only turned this race upside down and has socked it to the conventional media but is re-writing all the rules of how a campaign can be run in the 21st century.
Cruz.
Good Hunting... from Varmint Al
(OTOH-Has anyone else noticed that lately- it seems like the MSM and GOPe are trying to get Cruz and Trump to attack each other?)
Cruz.
Cruz.
Ted Cruz
Cruz. Trump has a few conservative positions, but Cruz has the whole package. My issue with both is that a lot of low-info voters will never NOT hate them. (Neither is my current first choice.)
Trump. If there is no Trump, there will be no Cruz.
Cruz.
I’m just enjoying Trump taking on the RINOs and MSM, while Cruz takes on the Washington Cartel.
Your dad nailed it!
Trump. Trump understands our economic problems better than Cruz. And not because Trump is a businessman, but because Trump has correctly identified our trade policies as causing the de-industrialization of America and our high unemployment.
Immigration doesn’t help either. But 12 million or 30 million illegals didn’t put 100 million Americans on food stamps. Cheap imports did that. The price of cheap imports do not have the cost of supporting unemployed Americans. It doesn’t reflect the opportunity cost of having Americans productive and paying taxes and spending money into the American economy. The price of cheap imports doesn’t even reflect the taxes that domestic producers have to pay.
We need to restore the import tariffs. And Trump is the only candidate that understands that.
Cruz is probably the better social conservative and a stronger Christian that Trump. But the economic impact on our social fabric right no is huge. And it needs to be addressed, and only Trump is prepared to address it.
Ted Cruz. Though if Ted didn’t get the republican nomination, I could vote for Trump on election day 2016 with a clear conscience.
