The Why “Not” of Illegal Immigration

If Donald Trump is a racist and Right Wing radical for illustrating the disturbing truths about illegal immigration, then the time has come for his “offended” detractors to answer a few inconvenient questions about their own bigotry and convenient indifference.

Why is it OK for our elected leaders to NOT enforce our immigration laws and to allow millions of medically and criminally unvetted trespassers to cross our border? Why is perfectly acceptable for the White House to encourage and even orchestrate illegal immigration, transport undocumented foreigners to unsuspecting cities all across America, and grant illegal aliens free welfare, healthcare, and education at taxpayer expense; those hard-working Americans who are already struggling to find work or to make ends meet? Why is it not a dereliction of duty, a prosecutable offense, for the President and Congress to abandon our borders in a post 9/11 world, or any era for that matter? Why are liberals allowed to invoke “racism”, muddle a simple issue of national security, and disregard the fact every civilized nation has strict immigration statutes – including Mexico, Central and South America – designed to protect their people and ensure their national sovereignty? Why is it not a crime, a threat to our heritage and survival, for Democrats to incessantly scheme, manipulate public perception, and mislead the judicial system to find any conceivable way for millions of non-citizens to vote and subvert the integrity of our elections? Why is it tolerable for Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton to dine with, solicit donations from and/or voice support for La Raza – a group of racist militants who have called for the extermination of white people and the overthrow of our country through a demographic coup d'etat – while Donald Trump is ridiculed for merely highlighting their laughable hypocrisy? And when will our President, Congress and the media – those most critical of his unfiltered comments – visit with the families of those Americans, including adolescents and infants, murdered, raped, molested, beaten and robbed at the hands of illegal immigrants because our government refused to put the safety and rights of actual citizens over their progressive plan to commit treason, stuff the ballot box and to transform America into a morally and financially bankrupt oasis of unapologetic socialism?

Considering a well-known path to citizenship has existed for well over a century and millions of law-abiding foreigners had the common sense and innate respect to follow it, consider me officially offended! America was founded as a beacon of liberty and hope for all mankind; not as a refuge for smug opportunists, a safe house for progressive radicals, or as a reasonable excuse for acceptable ignorance and cultivated apathy. As a nation of laws, we spend more time forging alibis for and making concessions to the illicit behavior of grown adults than we do recognizing the moral fortitude and character of conscientious children. If politicians and illegal aliens can now pick and choose which laws they want to follow, then “We the People” are obliged to invoke the same right. An enemy of America, common sense, is no friend of equality or justice.

In recent Testimony of District Attorney John M. Morganelli before the House Subcommittee on immigration, Border, Security and Claims he stated:

“Unfortunately, the majority of illegal aliens who are here are engaged in criminal activity. Identity theft, use of fraudulent social security numbers and green cards, tax evasion, driving without licenses represent some of the crimes that are engaged in by the majority of illegal aliens on a daily basis merely to maintain and hide their illegal status.
In addition, violent crime and drug distribution and possession is also prevalent among illegal aliens. Over 25% of today’s federal prison population are illegal aliens. In some areas of the country, 12% of felonies, 25% of burglaries and 34% of thefts are committed by illegal aliens.”

•In Los Angeles, 95% of some 1,500 outstanding warrants for homicides are for illegal aliens. About 67% of the 17,000 outstanding fugitive felony warrants are for illegal aliens.
•There are currently over 400,000 unaccounted for illegal alien criminals with outstanding deportation orders. At least one fourth of these are hard core criminals.
•80,000 to 100,000 illegal aliens who have been convicted of serious crimes are walking the streets. Based on studies they will commit an average of 13 serious crimes per perpetrator.
•Illegal aliens are involved in criminal activities at a rate that is 2-5 times their representative proportion of the population.
•In 1980, our Federal and state facilities held fewer than 9,000 criminal aliens but at the end of 2003, approximately 267,000 illegal aliens were incarcerated in U.S. correctional facilities at a cost of about $6.8 billion per year.

Several years ago, my wife and I watched “Waitress,” a clever and sweet little film written and directed by Adrienne Shelly. Shelly was A VERY talented lady who also played a supporting role.
She was senselessly MURDERED in her NY apartment on November 1, 2006. Her body was found hanging by a sheet from a shower rod – by her husband. She was 40 and left behind a 3 year-old daughter who will never know her real mother.
A 19 YEAR OLD ECUADORIAN — AN ILLEGAL WHO SHOULD NEVER HAVE EVEN BEEN IN THE COUNTRY IN THE FIRST PLACE (THANK YOU CLINTON AND BUSH) — CONFESSED TO HER MURDER.
They are killing an estimated 25 of us every day.

Do you suppose this madness might have ended years ago if one of Bush’s daughters or McCain’s kids had been a victim of one of the millions of illegals they’ve allowed in here to kill the rest of us? Obama has promised to turn the borders into one-way turnstiles marked “ENTER” while HIS girls will be safe at Sidwell Friends.
Of course, any illegal attempting to do so would most likely be taken out by a well armed SS detail.
I’ve been a regular at local congressional town hall meetings for a few dozen years and noted that starting around 10 years ago, the majority of those there were angry that nothing was being done about the illegal invasion.
Why are we still waiting for the clowns in Malfunction Junction – who can produce convoluted legislative proposals to line their pockets or deliver pork back home and ram it through in the dark of night – to secure our national borders?
Perhaps YOU should get on over to those congressional town hall meetings and raise some serious hell – before YOU die at the hands of someone who ought not even BE HERE!
We have enough indigenous criminals. WE SURE AS HELL DON’T NEED TO IMPORT MORE.
And if there ARE WMD here now, intelligence sources I trust have it that they came through that sieve-like border with Mexico, having been brought in by radical Muslims disguised as migrant workers seeking jobs. Someone will need to answer for that if a few American cities vanish or are rendered uninhabitable by some disease or toxin.
My and my wife’s great-great-grandparents came her to places like Ellis Island where they were questioned, deloused and given instructions to learn or become more proficient in ENGLISH and told that to become citizens, they would have to learn some American history and government then take and pass a test. THEY proudly walked through the FRONT door.
My patience is exhausted with those politicians and others who hold that those who CREPT through the BACK DOOR should be allowed to remain here let alone be granted citizenship by legislative fiat. It begs the question, how must those who, like OUR ancestors, did it the RIGHT WAY feel as they wait in line – often for YEARS – to come through the front door. Pretty foolish, don’t you think.
PS: While on jury duty a while back, one of my fellow jurors told me that her nephew was killed a year earlier by two illegals DRIVING their truck with FAULTY BRAKES to the BRAKE SHOP to be repaired when – surprise, surprise — the BRAKES FAILED AND THEY KILLED HER NEPHEW. I guess these MORONS thought they were back in Mexico where – in addition to driving DRUNK — they and their idiot friends do crap like that all the time. Can you say “Tijuana Taxi?” Can you say “TOW TRUCK?”

The driver got 4 years in prison and will be deported when he gets out.

Gotta wonder how long it will take him to sneak back in and kill someone else?
