All at the same time. Small businesses create 80% of employment. The faster we do anything to help small businesses, the better for the country.

On that we have zero disagreement. Pass laws to encourage formation and growth of small businesses, and watch the economy prosper, lifting all boats. Regulations have not hurt the multi-national mega corporations. DJI is near record highs. However 93 million Americans are without jobs.
