A road raging Muslim recently got a taste of Texas hospitality after spouting off at another driver.
The incident took place in Houston, Texas, where two drivers reportedly became entangled in a verbal altercation over who had the right of way. For reasons still under investigation, 42-year-old Ziad Abu Naim the Muslim got out of his car swinging and approached the car of Robert Craig Klimek, 43.
However, the chaos quickly ended as onlookers noted hearing a single pop. As it turns out, Klimek had shot Naim in the face, fully neutralizing the threat. Emergency services took the body of the Muslim man to Memorial Hermann Hospital, where they explained he was partially paralyzed and was being kept alive only through the assistance of machines.

If I was on the jury, not guilty, not a problem.
“Did the shooter exit his vehicle? That would be determining factor, I think.”
From what I gather, he did not.
And I should add this from the Houston Chronicle link:
“Silva said the incident apparently grew out of dispute over who had right of way at a four-way stop. “Words were exchanged,” she said, “and the victim went to confront the other driver.”
After the shooting, Silva said, the gunman assisted the victim’s wife in summoning emergency assistance and remained at the scene to render aid.”
So the religion of peace got a piece of Texas Justice.
I’d like to know what the Muslim was saying as he got out of his car and approached the other? Nothing at all?
I guess since you’ve already made up your mind, we won’t have to worry about you getting on the jury.
Looks like only two reliable witnesses and one is dead. Absent any evidence to the contrary I don’t see how the stand-your-ground defense doesn’t hold up.
Alright, sir, that right there was funny.
AIM MEN! (and women!)
“a strict Muslim, was furious”
Now you don’t see that everyday. /s
Sweet indeed.
His jihad is all gone, buh bye.
You would be surprised how well you can communicate with a fire extinguisher across the teeth gesture.
So, after all is said and done, which one had the LEGAL right of way?
Ah, improvised weapons. Well done, Marine.
It doesn’t matter who had the right away.
There’s a very interesting law in Germany, that if you are involved in a traffic accident, if you get violent, or even curse or raise your voice, you will get slugged with a fine so big it will rattle your teeth.
So getting into an accident with a German will get weird. They will act like you are a long lost best friend, and if it was a minor accident, they will suggest that it will do much to keep both of your insurances low if you just pretend it didn’t happen. (Their car insurance prices are also sky high.)
To make things even funnier, at an accident *or* police event site, everybody is as calm as a cucumber, because if you are visibly agitated or upset, the police can order paramedics to give you a shot of Valium. After which you *can’t* get upset or agitated. Just can’t.
And, the icing on the cake is that Germany doesn’t worry much about “police brutality”. If you mess with a cop, he will hit you. A lot. With a club, or spring stick or snap stick, or truncheon or blackjack, tonfa, his fists and feet, or any other available blunt object.
Yes. That’s what I was taught as well.
Every now and then you encounter a hot head who has to be first at everything. And that can get ugly.

How would that be done?? I guess I’m out of the loop. :-)

I’m sure that he, being a Muslim and all...was only just trying to keep the peace by taking the initiative to do the right thing in a difficult situation for the benefit of everyone involved.
