Have you ever contacted CUB to see if she said it’s okay to meet if you came looking?
Not ever heard of it. I looked on the net for a while, and contacted VA HHS, but was told only way to look at records was to have a court order.
I have had some medical issues which cause me to really want some family history, but as of now don’t have the money to hire a lawyer to go before the court in VA.
