Seems like Snow is trying to scout out (or perhaps even tamper with) the evidence on behalf of Obama’s crooks - who Montgomery says hired him to do illegal activities including monitoring the communications of judges and others.

It was Arpaio and the MCSO who hired Dennis Montgomery on the belief he could access communications among the DOJ, Judge Snow and a host of others. That revelation and admission by Arpaio now makes referral for criminal contempt of the Court's order very likely. Snow ordered preservation of the MCSO records pertaining to Montgomery given a history with the MCSO of records going "missing."

You've got two factual points backwards here.

Where is that admission by Arpaio?

You’ve got it backwards. Arpaio was concerned that the regime was spying on HIM as well as on others such as Snow, as Montgomery claimed. He didn’t hire anybody to spy on Snow or anybody else. He did have a private investigator check out whether Snow’s wife had claimed that Snow was trying to get rid of Arpaio - which is a perfectly valid question.

But what does Arpaio being concerned about being spied on have to do with whether he was in contempt of Snow’s order?

It has nothing to do with it. Just like the BC investigation has nothing to do with it.

Snow is on a fishing expedition, as I said.

Spew your poison somewhere else.
