of course. I remember in as an 11 or 12 year old in the late 70s hearing about how there would be no food left in 20 years and rampant starvation blah blah blah :)
they ALWAYS discount what a free market economy can do and create and they hate it for that reason.
In those areas where there is no such market.....things are REALLY tough
they refuse to look at the REAL PICTURE!!
