Huckabee to Announce Decision to Run for President in Hope, Arkansas

Hope, Arkansas is set to have the national political news spotlight return once again when Mike Huckabee announces his decision to run for president on May 5.
Huckabee is scheduled to make the announcement 10 a.m. at Hempstead Hall on the University of Arkansas Community College at Hope campus.
Mike Huckabee was born in Hope which is also the hometown of President Bill Clinton.

Huckabee was the last so-called conservative standing against McCain. In 2008, most of the pretend conservative candidates avoided endorsing another conservative when forced out.

Vote for him for what? I never have been, and never will be in a position to have to choose whether to vote for Huckabee, and I have never voted for Romney.

I was here, and actively denouncing his candidacy given his horrible record.

Most were, but when it came down to McCain, Romney and Huckabee, Huckabee got the nod as the least terrible, it was only about a week after the already endorsed Fred Thompson dropped out.
