Yup...

Much of the North-Northwest parts are the scene of turf war battles between Hispanic and Black gangs now. And it seems the blacks are getting the worst of it.

46208 is the “Near North” and Butler-Tarkington areas, north of 21st St., west of Meridian, east of the White River.

One precinct in Indy had 100+% registered voters participate. After finding a few lost ballot boxes. Somewhere I’ve kept the articles Good news is it spurred the state to reform the voter ID laws

Much like Milwaukee, other than the near north sides, the cities are wonderful places to live. I think a little more effort would clean both of them up in a matter of months.
