Hillary Says! 'We Are All Immigrants!'
The American Thinker ^ | April 18, 2015 | Jeannie DeAngelis

April 18, 2015 Hillary Says! 'We Are All Immigrants!' By Jeannie DeAngelis Voilà! In addition to handling a private/official email problem, flying coach, and carrying her own luggage, Hillary Clinton may now be able to add to her list of outstanding accomplishments singlehandedly resolving the contention surrounding immigration reform.

Recently, on a tightly stage-managed listening tour Hillary, granddaughter of alleged immigrants, revealed her acute sensitivity for the plight of – you guessed it – immigrants.

An empathetic Hillary had this to say about how illegal immigrants are being treated in America:

"We are turning down people who really want to work. I mean they are here to work and a lot of them now have children who are American citizens, and they are doing the best they can to try to make a good life for themselves and their families."

Pontificating further, she said:

"And you know, I think if we were to just go around this room, there are a lot of immigrant stories. All my grandparents, you know, came over here and you know my grandfather went to work in [a] lace mill in Scranton, Pennsylvania and worked there until he retired at 65."

Ratcheting up the relatability factor to new heights, the presidential hopeful finished her immigration tale saying:

"So I sit here and I think well you’re talking about the second, third generation. That’s me, that’s you. And we are saying to all these other people who want the same dreams and the same aspirations and the willingness to work hard just like our families did that no, we’re not going to make it easy for you, we’re not going to make it legal for you. And I just think that’s such a short term, unfortunate outcome for us [as] well as for them."

My ancestors too were immigrants, hundreds of years ago.

Someone please buy the Clinton’s a dictionary. They seem to be very confused by the definitions of way too many words.

I don’t think Hillary has any idea what an immigrant is.

My ancestors came to this land to be free of European tirrany long before it was a country. Our founding forefathers allowed immigrants to come on the basis of laws regulating entry so the tirrany of other countries didn’t follow them. Now we have a bunch of freeloaders that only want to perpetuate a Demoncratic party want more freeloaders to enter freely without restrictions. Hogwash. Stand in line like the law says, not some dictatorial loser executive decision.

I am so tired of hearing this, I am not an immigrant, I was born and raised here, like my parents, their parents...back to about 100+ years before the Revolution, which I have ancestors that fought for our independence from Great Britain. I am a native born American, born here, raised here, living here, and will die and be buried here in America. I AM AMERICAN!!!!!

I am a sixth generation Texan. When my ancestors came from Europe, they had to prove they had bought land in the USA before they were allowed to get off the ship in Galveston.

That is a far cry from sneaking into the country illegally, becoming a squatter and shelling out an anchor baby so you can start sponging off the legal citizens who pay taxes. We don’t need to respect illegals because they certainly don’t respect us.

This feverish intensity by the candidates over immigration makes me think that the coup de grace for American is being planned as a coordinated outcome for the next election. We are a long way from next November 2016 and certain concepts are being promoted so they can be cemented in the public mind in time for next year. For decades Americans have been assured that racism is the “worst possible thing” - to quote George W Bush. Now, after that has been successfully ingrained, the next step is to declare certain things as racism, like maintaining America in its traditional state, i. e. white and Christian, or to be against illegals voting. Well, you don’t want to be racist, do you?
Well then, you must “celebrate” your replacement in order to prove you are not racist, which, remember, is the worst possible thing. It is such a small thing to give away your country to prove you are not racist. Rejoice at the opportunity.
