McDonald’s announced that over 90,000 employees will receive a pay raise effective July 1, 2015. After recent employee protests and slow sales, McDonald’s appears to be raising salaries to solve employee relation problems and improve it’s image with consumers.
At least at Chick-fil-A you feel like a valued customer with some fairly decent food. The Big Mac is the absolute worst ‘specialty burger’ among the fast food giants. I mean it is puke bad and high priced. No more dineros from this former sucka customer.
The average McDonalds has just $2.6 million in sales per year.
I don’t think McD’s has room for more expenses.
P.S. The average Chick-fil-A earns $3.15 million per year.

Dittos. There really isn’t anything at McD’s worth eating any more.
“The solution is pay more to get better workers and more productive workers...whatever cost in additional labor will pay for itself in time...”
But that isn’t the actual plan. Some nitwit liberal executives at McDs is simply making a stupid decision.
McDs will continue to hire illegal aliens. Period.

we used to eat mcDs no problem.
but now...one bite...and instant belch!
there must be some new chemicals in it, or??????

and its obviously a grade better sandwich.
and the newer outfits (newer to us anyway) depending where you are..... such as 5 guys, In and Out, Habit.... much better quality.
McD products have mostly gone down hill while all these other companies have expanded and they mostly offer better grub. (McD did improve its coffee from peuk to okay, but most of the chow remains the problem for us)
not gonna buy it anymore.
we are fortunate that what remains of the Free Marketplace is offering us much better choices
One thing about Chick-Fil-A.
They handle their drive through in the most efficient manner I have ever seen.
At lunchtime, the drive-through line usually has a tremendous amount of cars, and the restaurant has a full house, and that thing runs like a machine.
And they are nice, and the food is great. Clean place, too.
They may want to consider not serving sh1tty food to really appeal to customers.
Interesting that a Big Mac meal is approximately the same price as minimum wage. What will it be when the minimum wage goes to $15?
I know where I will not be eating.

I reckon the plan is to raise the cost to hire US citizen to the point that there is 100% unemployment (which the government will call 6%).
And then the illegals will flood in to fill the job vacuum and Democrap ballot boxes.
