The Airbus operated by Lufthansa's budget airline 'GermanWings' that crashed in the French Alps yesterday made no radio contact whatsoever for the entire 8 minutes was roaring straight into the mountains (from 32,000 ft)... add to that the fact that no apparent effort was made to override computer controls, the German pilots' experience, the airline's perfect safety record... you can see why the other pilots would now like an explanation before they drag another 150 people to a horrific death.
The pilots were likely either unconscious, bound, or dead- those are pretty much the only logical conclusions.
If it was the A320 fly-by-wire computer controls issue, they could have over-rode it with manual controls at some point in the crisis.
The plane made a controlled descent at full speed into a mountain while issuing no distress signal- does that sound like mechanical failure to you?
Got it! thanks...
:)
Was pilot or co pilot of any particular religious persuasions ?
Is it fact or fiction that pilot and co-pilot eat different food ?
Well, that’s odd. Maybe it will reappear.
There were 2 Iranians on board....
I was talking with a us Air Force Major today about Airbus computer system vs Boeing flight system that depends more on humans van Airbus and their pilot to computer to flight control apparently airbus has had these problems before where the computer malfunctions and the flight crashes
Can they be hacked or controlled remotely?
Yup. The first officer must have been Amish. That explains the near debris field. The Amish pilot pushed over vertical at the very end.
Someone call the White Mosque. Their narrative just collapsed. If you like your Airbus, you can keep your Airbus.
I fly back and forth across the country twice a year on A-381s, and believe them pretty reliable. This last time just a week and a half ago, we left late, picked up one heck of a tailwind, were thrown seemingly all over the sky, but made it in even earlier the posted arrival time.
Whew!
I can assure you that the Airbus is easy to override. Instantly.

I’m just a MEI but I’ve been working with computers since the IBM System 360 days... computers in purpose built buildings with stable power and working on problems with a fixed number of variables... the number of variables in a flight system are endless... add to that assumptions that inputs are true and accurate... and external inputs from WX where the actual forces and vectors are truly unknown (or not known with complete accuracy) but assumptions must be made by the flight systems... I have seen “impossible” outcomes too many times in real computer systems to see mobile systems as infallible.
I refer you to the airshow footage ... The pilot demanded TOGA power and the computer said WE’RE LANDING ,, pilot override seems to have FAILED there... then there was AF off Brazil ,, iced pitot and the computer is worthless ,, worse than worthless it’s making control decisions based on bad input and the jet belly flops from FL350.... Then you have the exploding engines issue Airbus has because they certainly can’t use US built engines when they can buy engines from “old Blighty” (RR)...
OK everybody... one of the pilots was locked out of the cabin and he attempted to BREAK THE DOOR DOWN to get back in... it’s all on the flight recorder:

I asked that as well....Stated not really....just the programming not releasing the aircraft controls back to the pilot....the computer is suppose to make the aircraft more efficient in flight....apparently it can make more deadly as well...
OK everybody... they guy was a MUSLIM convert, stayed at a radical Bremen mosque... and had a Muslim girlfriend
They just took the computer from his parents’ house...

The link doesn’t work for me. Is there another? I wonder if it was removed.
