Dear Moderator, Okay. You really had no reason to explain why you pulled the two threads. It was your decision,and I have never questioned a moderator's decision. I ordinarily just let it be and move on. With all due respect your decision to delete the thread is what I believe had much less to do with the words being vulgar, it was misspelled on purpose to not to make it very obvious. I believe the reason you deleted it was because of a comment I made earlier on a previous thread. My track record for threads being pulled speaks for itself. i have only had about five threads pulled out of 2,500 threads posted since 2009.
But the thing if this. First of all I saved both posts,I have them on file and would be more than happy to share them with you. Both posts were identical except for my responses to them. The first response was indeed unacceptable for which I apologized profusely and agreed not to post for one week at least as a self-imposed moratorium realizing my transgression.
It was very late when I posted it and being very sleepy I mdse a egregious error in judgment.And your reaction was was within your right.
But thinking the post was imporant I reposted the very same article but this time I commented with the greatest respect and magnanimity. But still despite the apology and the diametrically opposite response in the nicest way possible yet, You still nevertheless, pulled that one as well which let me to believe i was not the matter of using a vulgar word to describe Muslims for pulling it the first time and then second time. I have both comments available with the appropriate date, time of posting to validate my point.
Another strange phenomenon was the total erasure of all my browsing history including the two identical articles I posted one with the vulgar response and the other with the total polite and courteous. All of which leads me to believe that an attempt to make me look bad by making claims of the second post which was no at all true and that you deltd the first post i responded to very kindly inm response o your criticism. As I said I do have both posts that are identical, the posts that I made first, the one being deleted due to the vulgar words made in reference to Mulsims and the second time the words rspoding in polite maner. If you'd like to see them i will be happy to forward them to you.
At this point I really don't want t continue discussing this issue ever again. I've learned many lessons here and have been very disappointed by the manner in which I have suported FR, emotionally, with overwhelming content and gepnerous financial support.

I have used many and varied discriptions for these vile "P's OS", and never had a post deleted. Are you really sure of the reasoning?, Did you piss a mod off unnecssarily?
If you and I had a $ for every post deleted from the civil war threads, well......
Sometimes the emotions tht hit the fingetips and keyboard are almost beyond control. I just wonder if we are getting the entire story.

I just want to know why. I sometimes spend a long time on responses and then the whole thread gets pulled and no reason given. Just educate us so we can learn each mods picadillos.

I can understand Bryce's irritation, but if the mods didn't keep order and prevent that content clutter, FR would be unusable.
That was a funny and clever response. It belittled no one and would not have alienated either group.
Whether their PR people came up with it or it was Mr. Starky’s own, it was excellent.
