I find piloting fascinating too. We’ve hadmany pilots in my family. Its just in our blood. The only reason I haven’t gotten mine is either lack of money or time intersecting at the right time...: )
I used to work ATC in the military. This was fun to watch. Thanks for posting.
PFL
I saw a Delta 747 in Boston last week. I didn’t know Delta flew 747s within the states. From a search, apparently, it was a military charter. Someone else had the idea of putting the takeoff on YouTube. I thought some here may be interested in watching it:

Bump for later
I am a private pilot and no way I’d fly in that kind of weather.
Thanks for a good show,.
DELTA inherited the 747 from Northworst when they merged several years ago.
They (DELTA 747’s) are always flying in and out of Atlanta.
.
“Cool”...thanks.
...guess it's time to fire-up FS2004 for a trip into YYZ.
No better time spent IMO, gets the mind off of all the garbage(politics, etc.)
Cool vid. Thanks
Pilot must have been Air Force, If he was Navy the a/c would have been airborne in about 15 feet or so!
Why unpressurized for takeoff?
