Prostitutes who have pimps generally didn’t choose to go into that life. Even a lot of freelancers were trafficked as kids, but the ones with pimps are almost invariably the products of brainwashing techniques involving repeated rape.
So no, there is no lesser crime there if they get hurt by a pimp or a john.
So is it a “hate crime” if they’re terrorists?
