Electro-Magnetic Pulse weapon: The fuse is lit and America and the world are holding their breath.

An incredible statement appeared in USA Today concerning the Electro-Magnetic Pulse weapon that is a shocker: “The sky erupts. Cities darken, food spoils and homes fall silent. Civilization collapses.” Well, not the whole civilization since the destruction depends on the size of the bomb and how high in the atmosphere it explodes.

In recent years, I have been castigated by friends and foes for making far less alarming statements! At least I am no longer alone or in the presence of crazies, complainers, charlatans, and conspiracists. In fact, I am mainstream! Never thought that would happen.

The USA Today article admits that such a damaging, disastrous, and deadly consequence would also be attained by a super solar storm that is in our future. In September of 1859, a solar storm hit North America and Europe (called the Carrington event) and operators of the telegraph system which was the first widespread electrical device were “shocked unconscious, and machines caught on fire.” And I remind you that the telegraph system was like a tin can operation compared to modern electronic systems of computers, phones, airplanes, etc. Such solar storms occur about every 150 years. We are past due.

It was GOP Senator Lisa Murkowski who in 2010 killed legislation to harden the grid. That was five years ago. Thanks to her, five years have passed. The grid could have been protected by now.

Nah, Revelation is pretty clear about the proportion of the population that is killed on the earth. Remember though, we are to pray that our tribulation does not start (with the announcement in the Temple that “IT” is a god) in the winter or on a Sabbath which will tell us it is THE Great Tribulation. Otherwise, localized.

There really hasn’t been any other time that the world has been so small and controllable by the few. An EMP would delay the Great Tribulation. Satan gets to rule the whole world and show his hate of humans. Anyway, I digress.

It does not take an EMP or a solar storm to put the grid down. There are somewhere around 9 significant substations that if taken out at the same time would put most of the grid down. Cyber hackers attack the grid everyday. Its just a matter of time til it goes down from that.

Will they be able to put the grid back up? Of course they will but it will take months or up to a couple of years. So you need to be able to stay alive for a couple of years. That means having a store of food and if possible an alternative form of energy to a least run lights, a well pump etc.

The clock is ticking...less than two years to go - the Jihadists, Russia, China, and everyone else who wishes us harm know that in less than two years our incompetent and cowardly chief executive/ commander in chief will leave office and we will probably have someone much wiser and determined in charge - they know time is running out on their window of opportunity to attack us with minimal vulnerability - it won't be long, and it may come from several directions.....

I don’t think Biblical prophecy (OT or NT) has anything to do with the United States, except insofar as there are Christians and Jews in the United States.
