Eglin, Ft. Walton Beach, Florida. Right on the white sand turquoise green Gulf. Decent cost of living. Good weather, good gun laws. No state income tax. Lots to do.

Navarre Beach Florida is the southwest corner of Eglin AFB....home to JDAM and MOAB
Both handy in a pinch
Eglin is Almost half the size of Rhode Island
The beaches there are prettiest sand in U.S. and in my opinion are world class
Yes it’s hot but 9 months are pleasant
