Here in florida it’s almost impossible to find a newer home (newer than 1960) that isn’t in a hoa.

Most of the desirable properties are in HOAs. There’s probably a reason for that.

Yeah the developers who control the development use HOAs.

The “desireable” properties meaning the extreme high end are actually the ones NOT in a HOA.
