You're right about the Republicans. They'll put forth some half hearted legislation, Obama will veto it, then the Republicans will throw up their hands and say, “well, we tried.”
Really, Republicans have little interest in repealing Obamacare. They are just as much in favor of entitlements and free stuff as the Democrats, if it means votes.
