in florida, we passed a state constitutionally against it... and a single federal judge is trying to over thrown and ignore the will of people I don't understand why people don't see this as an extremely bad thing.
It is, essentially, saying that the states are sovereign only inasmuch as their decisions agree with the federal government.

my feelings exactly.
just like a federal judge ‘correcting’ a vote whose outcome the fedgov didn’t like
how it’s legal in either case is beyond me. last i checked, the fedgov doesn’t have say over state matters
