Reminds me of an ad for an alarm company

I'm sure the ad portrayed the perp as a blonde-haired white guy.

Nope...no pictures of people in that ad. I just remember it because 95% (or more) of Americans live close enough to others to have the 911 switchboard TOTALLY LIGHT UP when they fire off a few rounds.
