This person does not appear to be a liberal, and in my opinion he makes good points concerning the dangers & down sides of Levin’s proposed amendments.

Really? How come opponents of Levin’s ideas refuse to debate him? I’ll tell you why: They all support the rancid Establishment, once you scratch the surface.

Marks has read some of the contents of some of his amendments. They seem so filled with legalize that they create more ‘unintended consequences’/legal loopholes [a treasure for lawyers] than they resolve.

The supporters of an Article V seem to think only they can propose amendments and, thus, control the process.

The Leftists/Progressives and their lawyers will be lined up from California to DC to challenge anything they don’t like.
