This was a cool thread. People pitching in to help with very little to go on, teasing it out for you. I’m glad you asked and I’m glad so many kind ones piled in to help.
When I was little, my dad did a lot of wining and dining for business at a restaurant in Burbank called the Smokehouse, and for some reason whenever I heard this song I thought it had something to do with this. The minds of little kids. So now, as an adult, the song still reminds me of my dad.
