Wouldn’t it be something if nothing really happens with this report being issued ... Most of the world knows and expects that we have done it.. because so much of the rest of the world does it. Maybe the sudden release of it on National Gruber day will have little effect. Typically when they have gotten world riots out of this kinda thing its because they beat the drum about it for two years trying to use it as a campaign strategy against Republicans.
