Agreed - cut off his funding and ignore. We can’t remove him from office because the Senate democrats are too corrupt to vote for removal. The best we can do is write very narrow spending bills that limit his ability to order illegal actions.

I agree that is a winning gambit going into 2016. But ... watch and beware ... the enemy knows that is a winning gambit too. If we exercise that tactic with great success, I would not put it past Obama's backroom handlers to orchestrate an attempt on his life leaving a false trail that points all fingers toward "tea partiers", or "right wing radicals", or "ultra conservatives", or what-have-you word smithing for air time. Remember that liberals happily eat their own. If I were Obama I would be very nervous about who on my team has my back; and I'd be pushing hard for an impeachment too. It's far more conducive for a long and healthy life.
