I think they were more like swells, not waves. And I guess what I take away from the article is the fact that the cause of death was changed from drowning to cardiac arrhythmia. I you prove drowning you can't switch it to CA, and particularly when the switch is not based on any new information.

The drowning finding was from a preliminary report pending a full autopsy. Do you understand the words “preliminary”, “pending” and “autopsy”?
