I’ve known this for years; John McWhorter wrote about it in Losing The Race. Blacks police other blacks. Actually, a lot of other cultures do this too. I often muse that the greatest advantage white people have is that we don’t do that to each other as much. We tolerate loners and eccentrics with much more equanimity than most cultures.
