The vast majority of political journalists — and I include some of my conservative colleagues — are missing a very big story.
The Republicans are going to recapture the Senate, picking up more seats than most any forecaster expects. And the House GOP is going to add to its majority. But then comes the big story: The beginning of a new conservative revolution.
The idea that nothing much will change if the GOP captures the whole Congress is just plain wrong. The politics and policies in Washington are about to change in a major way.
Obama may still be president. But he is going to be immediately confronted with a flood of new bills that will change the debate on tax reform, energy, health care, education, international trade and regulations.

This is the year of the RINO Romney GOPe Republican. They exercised their money power to pretty much have their way during the primaries, with few exceptions.
I've pretty much sat and watched quietly since then.
But post after post blasting conservatives for refusing to once again be senseless dupes for those who hate us and what we believe in is just a bit too much after awhile.
With the same old leadership? I'll believe that when I see it.
Sorry, whining, crying, and grousing, and then sticking my head in the sand on election day is not my cup of tea. I'll stick with TEA, organizing, motivating, and making things for the better.

The same was promised when we gave the GOP all 3 Houses back in 2000. We all know how that went... borders still open, Ted Kennedy writing Amnesty bills, the budget growing faster than under Clinton, none of the extra-Constitutional agencies shut down, nothing done about the “Progressive” tax system, nothing done to restore Constitutional limits to the federal behemoth, etc. The Republican Party does not deserve another victory. We’re only tepidly supporting them until their replacement comes along.

What Free Republic should be doing is urging it followers to post enmasse....urging every single American voter to turn out on election day, Tuesday, November 4, 2014...and, vote against every single Democrat Party candidate running for office across the entire country....thus, politically destroying the Democrat Party in congress...and, Making POTUS Obama, traitor that he is, an immediate “Lame Duck” POTUS!!!

A lot more than accusing fellow conservatives (who rightfully take issue with anti-conservative GOP positions and rhetoric) as being “trolls” suppressing votes against Democrats. Asinine assumptions like that belong on D.U.
