That raises the other question that has been asked. Why did officer think that Dorian was not a threat and did not shoot at him.
I am positive that Dorian Johnson is in the FBI Witsec program or a similar state program in exchange for any charges being dropped and his truthful testimony. That dude is dead if he shows anywhere near St. Louis.

Am I missing something, or are you advocating a cop killing a man without cause? To my knowledge, the only one who can even be considered a justified shooting is the one dead.
You may think nothing of the guy, and I’m not impressed myself in regard to his future, but that isn’t a death penalty crime. And cops shooting people under less that trustworthy circumstances is what caused this insanity.
