Am I missing something, or are you advocating a cop killing a man without cause? To my knowledge, the only one who can even be considered a justified shooting is the one dead.
You may think nothing of the guy, and I’m not impressed myself in regard to his future, but that isn’t a death penalty crime. And cops shooting people under less that trustworthy circumstances is what caused this insanity.
If Brown was committing a felony, and Dorian was his partner, then Dorian would be guilty of felony murder for the death of Brown. And given Dorian’s support for Brown, it appears that they may have been a team.
