Someone else here said it long before now but I'll say it again. The cops ought to just not show up for work. Go to work at their brotherinlaw's muffler shop or whatever and just stop enforcing the law in Ferguson, MO.

I know they need their paycheck and all but surely there are other communities who would hire a extra police officer or similar type job.

Police work is dangerous enough without all this on top. It does not seem worth it to me.

Besides that it would be a good case study in what would happen if an entire police force just stood down in protest of lack of community support.
