I notice that 300 is just seven more than 293.
So I subtract 300 from 568, and get 268.
Then I add back the seven “too many” that I subtracted from 568 when I approximated 293 by 300.
268 + 7 = 275.

Heh. I did a similar thing. I added 7 to both and then did the much simpler subtraction.
