However I would say illogical.
If you cruised all the welfare offices for chicks you would have more white than black chicks to choose from. The % of the race on welfare does not compare to the total population of the pool.
So your anecdotal evidence trumps the “illogical” data from the US Census, the US Department of Health and Human Services, the U.S. Department of Commerce, and the CATO Institute.
