Karl Rove is at it once again. The so-called strategist is again confusing strategy with tactics, and is about to blow easy Senate pickups in Arkansas and North Carolina.

Its almost as if the Repubs want to be second thus avoiding all criticism for the foundering nation. Remember, everything that happens in this country can be directly traced to and blamed on the actions or lack thereof of 535 people in the District of Corruption. They write the laws, they enforce or do not enforce the laws. We must live under their RULES! (536 if you count the president who is supposed to do something but rarely does)
While calling your book a “poorly researched piece of trash” I guess he didn’t bother to offer any specifics...
I am thoroughly sick of Tokyo Rove.
Crats or Rats, what`s the difference?
Great point. I know saying third party is anathema to many but is it time such as the UKIP in the UK?
Rick Perry is now on my Sh*t List for hiring putz Steve Schmidt.
Nothing more and nothing less.
FMCDH(BITS)
Poor Rick, he got caught up in his own hubris...again. Just when you're ready to take that final leap of faith, he pulls crap like this.
Schmidt is an unmitigated hack.
The Republican needs to listen a hell of a lot less to consultants and a hell of a lot more to its constituency. And I don’t mean the Chamber of Amnesty.
Hah, no: cool story. I was in the back of the hall where he was delivering the keynote for the NC GOP convention. I was looking at the stage, figuring he was coming out from behind the curtain. Then I notice he's walked into the main door and was standing next to me. We turned to each other, just like you do when you are close to a stranger just to do the quick nod of the head. He recognized me.
I asked him if he wanted a copy of the book (which I had one) - he said something like "don't bother, I've already read it, and it's a poorly researched piece of trash." At this point, Robin Hayes was starting to introduce Rove, literally - and I retorted as he was walking up "no, your 400 million dollar ad campaign was the poorly researched piece of trash." He had no chance to reply, as the applause for his introduction was underway and he had to walk up to the dais. So I literally got in the last word
...
great story. I cannot stand the evil Rove. He is a very disturbed and destructive man.
yeah, it was a hoot!
And of course, he continues to make my book, released 15 months ago, more relevant today than the minute it was finished.
Evil, disturbed and destructive? Yeah, that about sums it up.
I've observed the same distinction ever since November, 2000. Recall when Rove showed up on the networks election night brandishing computer printouts of Florida precincts that ostensibly "proved" the state shouldn't have been called for Gore?
While he proved to be correct -- and, perhaps, contributed to the subsequent withdrawal of the Gore call -- it was the action (and the weaponry) of a tactician, immersed in the exotic details of a campaign.
The net:net is that every campaign needs a Karl Rove. But he has no business running it, creating and directing the campaign's strategy.
Especially now, when he's incapable of seeing the 2014-16 strategic forest for all the tactical trees.
Preach it bros ..I’ve owned the url www.FireKarlRove.com since 2001 or 2002. I never believed. You and I were pioneers in a way.
